I have not read the other game for most of today, but fwiw: Chess also expected the game to end at the hammer, and thinks it was the correct decision. He is scumreading UFO.

I’d be more inclined to believe this had it come out earlier.

This asks me to believe that Nanook balanced a game of seven people such that it contained a Mason pair plus half of a Neighbor pair plus at least half of another Mason pair (since we don’t know who Elli is claiming as his partner).

Someone who has read the other game: have there been concordant levels of Mason claims there? Chess calling me and him “Masons” notwithstanding?

This also doesn’t make a damn bit of sense with Doggo coming into the thread negging M2H, or with him calling M2H’s townread on him NAI. You don’t just “meh” your Mason partner like that. Even if you don’t roleclaim, you at least try to help the town see that they’re town because that’s the townie fucking thing to do.

So yeah. I think this is bullshit, and my vote is good right here.

Y’all may start getting a somewhat more interested Kim at this point, we’ll see. I have for literally the last week been internally wrestling with starting to (correctly) scumread my RL fiancee in the game that just ended on PlayDip, and playing this game when it started was kinda the last thing I wanted to be doing, but I’ve done my best. Now that the other one’s over, I might have more bandwidth to give here.

But with it coming so late in D1, who knows. And if I get transferred over to Game B, also who knows, because I have skimmed that thread, and I would rather have stabbed myself in the kidney than try to play in it. Too many people, too low signal-to-noise ratio. So like, future dead townies, if you want me in a place where I might have a chance to be effective at solving the game for town, leave me in this game.
