I think DS interpreting this as a slip is silly but not necessarily outside of his town range.
People dying would include DS dying (since from Elwood’s pov they would be likely scum) and whoever scum decide to NK also dying. Trying to twist this into a slip just doesn’t make sense and DS is usually rational at least in his own personal way so
I think its a little over-dramatic to say I’m “lynching you” when you have literally two votes on you, but tbh I haven’t heard anything ai from Elwood yet, he feels sorta pure ig but if you go back to Demonic Mafia he makes similar posts and he was scum in that game as well so really I need more info before I make a call on him.
You interpreting that one post of his as a slip is aids though.
@chesskid3 I’d like more info on your Elwood tr bc tbf Elwood has made 11 posts and most of those posts are one liners and I don’t personally see how you can have him on lock already.
Your vote is on me, which is what i said, I think you are the one sensationalizing that very basic sentence.
as for the slip - it seems to me like a perspective slip - which i know you dont agree with in principal because you dont even see your own when they are pointed out to you post game
you have more basis in calling my post from last game a slip than calling this a slip.
its not a slip because whether you are town or scum, people would be dying or the beginning of death would be begin as you died.
continuing to insist that elwood slipped after people explaining to you why it isn’t one is silly, the mechanics of this popcorn game are different than the norm.
im just going to hard disagree and say you arent reading what it is that i am actually pointing out to you
“PEOPLE” dying
not person.
I also think you are reading the rules wrong (or maybe I am) but here I read it says in regard to the day one lynch “If the player is town, that town player gets a gun and can shoot someone. If they shoot scum, the day ends. If they shoot town, they die immediately and the newly shot town player gets the gun. This continues until a scum dies or the scum reach their win condition”
also, even disregarding the slip, elwood has no fucking meta on me to be able to call me scum via meta. its a bullshit vote off of thread momentum because everyone was calling me scum d1 like is the fucking trend around here
yes if scum!you is lynched, you would die. Then scum would be given a nk and get to shoot somebody. then it would be day again. So if you are scum two people would die by d2.
and I think its flimsy to try to meta you off of a game where you were town but he has played with you in at least one game so maybe he’s just being overconfident, idk?
If im wrong, it is what it is and I’ll stop caring about things i perceive as perspective slips. but like 7/10 times lately when I feel like I’ve found a perspective slip that person actually did end up slipping. It mostly happens in my games on FE but I do think I caught one from you last game regardless of if you want to agree to it lol
Well I think perspective slips are more between the lines stuff and the intentions behind the post then like the actual perception of the post to the masses. For example (see below if you care) from a game recently on FE where I felt like I caught a perspective slip, everyone told me that it wasnt a perspective slip, and then like 5 game days later when he was actually lynched he flipped scum.

In my professional opinion? DS
Spin @ 1/5/2019 19:23
He is always a quality D1 lynch.
It’s better to lynch him before he makes up evidence on someone and gets more Townies killed.
DS @ 1/5/2019 23:19
Oh so you know that I’m townie then
Spin @ 1/5/2019 20:24
I have no idea what your alignment is. I just know you only get Townies killed.
DS 2/5/2019 04:19 AM
You said that I’m a quality d1 lynch because otherwise more townies will be killed. “More” after a d1 lynch implies that you know I’m going to flip town.
