I mean…I think optimal scum play here is probably two lurkers or borderline lurkers, one mid-level activity player. Obviously we don’t play in a vacuum and some players will eschew that approach (I would, I suspect DS would, not sure if MS would or not but they’re certainly capable of it), but I’d still expect there to be at least one lurking scum. Just seems like common sense.
Also, this seems to imply an assumption that MS is scum? Which I don’t really agree with.
