Oh, maybe, I have no idea. Or part of a double nym I mistook while sorting people out. Or someone using a nickname for a player they know, which seems rampant.
Lol! I sound old and grumpy about these kids and their memes! I am old and really grumpy today, tbh, Iāll get over it.
ellibertisaho is the same player. user name vs full name.
I know who the player is, and I donāt think they care about being known but I donāt know that for sure.
Okay.
Cabdās work situation today is going mean he canāt reread the game until he gets home. N1 deadline will be close by the time heās here and read-up.
Is he really so meticulous and particular as to reread the entire game? Iād take it easy if Iām strapped on time like he is - weāre incredibly ahead.
The entire game wonāt take long to read.
Weāll go with my judgment if time gets too short.
Doesnāt take long at my slowpoke 500-600 wpm reading speed. Cabd reads considerably faster than that.
If this is the case he couldnāt read on the commute? Or do all of you drive?
Yeah itās a good thing that games here are small, short, and manageable. The forum software being easy to scroll also helps with seamless reading.
Games will get bigger when more customizations are in place, I think.
13 players is doable. Not sure how closer to 20 would go.
Yeah, I meant, good for Cabd
The shorter deadlines as compared to MS may lead to chaos if there are multiple high volume posters. People on MS already have trouble catching up with games as is, even though they have significantly more time to do so.
This game is extremely manageable all things considered. In my opinion, maybe even a little slow.
It is a little slow, but I think thatās ok as long as people are doing enough to be readable.
Honestly I still miss pagination. Scroll lags (I donāt have great internet) and text appears in fits and starts. The longer the game gets the worse it gets.
Iām not having issues with scrolling. If I want to reread the whole thread, this format is great. Itās a little harder to find a particular point I vaguely remember so I can read the nearby posts. So far, thread search has worked pretty well, though!
Do you guys think Rileyās parter would have wanted to be on that wagon? And do you think they would have had a chance, given how quickly it went?
No, I think the riley wagon was all town.
It happened so suddenly itās possible that the partner didnāt have time to react.
I kinda agree.
I think thereās a fairly good chance someone in this hood dies tonight. Though killing elli or josh might be a higher priority.
Iād agree. It was way too fast, that hammer vote came down I think mere seconds after my vote. Unless Riley wanted out, I canāt see scum wanting to bus D1.
Oh I meant to mention, Smilodon! I treat an L-1 vote as a sort of electric third rail - somewhat hazardous to put down, especially in a player list Iām not familiar with. Basically, I never vote someone to L-1 if I donāt want to see the lynch go through. Majority lynch rules create a different set of behaviors from how people tend to play in plurality lynch games.
Yes, Iām aware. And tbh I did want to see that lynch go through because it seemed like a good time to move the game along. I was still a bit surprised by the fast hammer vote.
This came up in my recent plurality timed game irt a particular player who panics when a few votes land on her, as sheās used to imminent death at L-1.
