this is me assuming Jake is town
The fact that he was here and people even told him to not let it tie I think just shows that he wasn’t there to make sure a scum got lynched, he was there to make sure people knew he was there. He didn’t care if Jake or Marshal was lynched. Another thing is you can usually tell if someone’s scum based on what they are focused on at end of day. He wasn’t focused on the Innocent Child, Jake, or Marshal. He was focused specifically on what people were saying at end of day.
