Is neighboring a visit? If so then we can confirm her (actually being tracker) if she tracks me and gets the add right (there would be three people that would be able to confirm at least and up to four
I think this is better than just trusting goali for this task

I thought tracker would be better because then I can figure it all out based on who people visit.
