I don’t particularly care if scum voted to approve, they might do if Elli is scum (not that Nanook could even pretend to disagree even if he’s scum) but I’ll take that risk 
Also it’s a majority, not a consensus. Your vote matters but if you don’t have a majority agreeing with you, you’re kind of out of luck.
If Elli is town, an extra day phase for him to provide reads is a lot.
