Like, if me and AD were scum partners, there is no way I ever push at the âmasonâ claims, I just sort of flail around today, try to cast some suspicion on you or Urist or whomever, and die productively so that my mason claiming scumbuddy thatâs accepted by basically everyone at that point can cruise to a win. Thatâs a much, much, MUCH better path to victory in that world.
@skitter30 I think you need to be jailing whichever of Andres/AD doesnât get lynched today (assuming one doesâif somehow neither does, then jail the both as planned).

Whatever you do (Iâm not trying to dictate actions btw, just you seemed unsure earlier so Iâm putting out ideas), make sure you get it into threadâif you do end up dying tonight (which seems more possible since Andres/AD might not be scum together), itâs important we know who was JKed.
Okay, Iâm up for an AD lynch I think. Andres is a tolerable lynch but Iâd prefer AD here.
But if weâre not lynching in the two, Srceen is still a good lynch imo. Iâd be def up for that lynch.
I donât know that I was lied to directly to be honest, but right now I donât feel great. Iâm just really hoping that AD is Town because itâs going to be rather sad for me otherwise.
Youâre going to have to believe that I screwed up here. And to be honest, I didnât go with it âunquestioninglyâ. Sure, I realize now I should have brought this up sooner. But I made an assessment that our joint skills made it unlikely for him to be Scum. And so I didnât want to create a situation where one of us gets lynched when thereâs probably better targets.
Now, I have basically destroyed any chance at really contributing this game, so I would rather be replaced or lynched, but given how far along we are it just doesnât seem fair for anyone to have to come into my slot and make up for the error. If I donât get flipped and AD does, Iâll reevaluate how Iâm looking at the game and see if thereâs anywhere where I can add value.
Yeah it isnât you and AD I agree. It probably isnât Cats and AD either. But what if AD flips Town? Then what?
Iâm asking this because even though I shouldnât have let the Confirmed Town stuff go, nothing else has really changed in my head - AD is still probably Town.
Also, what Scum fake claims Mason with someone who is not Scum? That just seems silly. Iâm finding itâs probably way more likely that AD felt the term was appropriate and that was that. I donât think I can stomach to put a vote down for him, so youâll have to do this without me.
You need to point to where this was even a thing. Because I repeatedly said that no one had made a case about why we werenât Scum together.
This assessment btw is true unless you (correctly) realized that the fact that we werenât Masons was eventually going to come out. So thereâs that too. Same goes for Urist.

Yeah I mean, I see that now. MSâ disclosure just made me really uncomfortable. Also, if one of us did flip for whatever reason, they would know that you werenât exactly telling the truth anyway and would argue for your lynch. Itâs probably better it came out much earlier for people to have to decide.

No Iâm asking you to point out where something you said about me is true. Thatâs not trolling.
If Iâm Scum, and given how AD went about the Mason claim, then I never share that it wasnât true. Period. In fact, AD would be dead already. And the reverse is probably also true. Or I would have undercut him before. Or I would have pushed him to use his Vig first. I know you think that the more you say this that people will convince themselves that itâs true, but you continue to argue for tone mostly when the there are a lot of good reasons as to why itâs not the case.
True that one of our flips would reveal we werenât masons, but it wouldnât be a problem because the one who flipped would be town, and while understandably people would be paranoid, theyâd also have to contend with the fact that a town neighbor thought it best to for all purposes to claim to be a mason.
The only thing this reveal changes is that people have to consider the possibility that one of us is scum and not the other. But that scenario should still be as unlikely to anyone else than it is for ourselves since everybody now has full information. The facts still stand, though weâre being harangued for âlyingâ. And a couple other equally discountable behaviors (âleading the lieâ, âgoing along with itâ, respectively). In the end itâs a judgement call, and considering the fallout I believe I was right to gambit and when at the end of this game however it plays out our town alignments are revealed, Iâll be vindicated.
