Him & neymar are probably on the same level… just poe mostly, I guess
To me it seemed like an attempt to switch the conversation away from Mantis’ sketchy progressionless reads
Do you think that switching a read based off a lmfao is the same as having someone as a scum partner with someone else and then reading a lmfao and that person you were scum reading is now a top three town as similar levels of “kinda townie”?
To me theres a disconnect. Yeah you can toneread me as town off of me lmfao but to go from scum to top three town off of that?
yeah the degree of the read change is a little weird
i was kinda thinking that scum would try to make their read-change a little more believable and not so lolrandom-y if htat makes sense
To be honest it was a pretty loose list. I literally put a total of about 1 minute into it. Probably shouldn’t have posted it.
Meh
what are you thinking about riley?
Dunno yet. If I did, I’d have a vote down.
Not totally loving Mantis’ play so far, but not sure if that’s scumMantis or townMantis. ScumMantis probably isn’t this engaged this quickly, I think? But this also feels weird from a townie POV, so…yeah. Not really sure what to think there.
I have been accused multiple times now in various different games of having reactions that are “over-the-top” or “fake”. For instance, apparently I appeared overly concerned about votes against Urist in DS9, and I was told that my concern was “fake” by Pyx’s predecessor in that game (which was used to Scum read me for the longest time). My point being, that you might think it’s “fake”, but perhaps it’s just how I am or come across and you shouldn’t be reading too much into it.

I did not question it only because I spoke about it after MS had already announced, on behalf of the Town announcer, that there was indeed such an announcer. If you are protective, don’t waste your time on me.

Do you have a vote on Mantis yet? It seems like you are reading a lot of negative onto Mantis’ posts. Now, I’ll say one thing - her calling me “def Town” is a new development for me, and I don’t know how to deal with it, since it hasn’t happened before (and so I can’t be sure yet if this is Town or Scum Mantis, though eventually I think I can figure it out), but you seem very intent on Scum reading Mantis, and I don’t know if it’s just a good read that I can’t yet see, or Town v. Town sort of interaction. I will admit that it could be Scum distancing, but I don’t think so and I mostly Town read you so… there’s that.

I think Mantis’ and Urist’s reaction to this is most interesting. Let’s run through it. So, DS basically said wait, this is weird, since I’m not an IC. Now, that’s an entirely reasonable reaction as Town, since you would want to caution others not to treat you as Confirmed Town even though you obviously know that you are. However, Scum might have taken a bit longer to react, since you would want to, somehow, signal that the Town announcer makes a good point. Urist is convinced DS is Scum, so he’s devaluing the reaction, but I’ll note that quite a few people reacted the same way. Mantis asking if the reaction was “VERY” Towny has a similar effect, though not to the same degree. Something to keep in mind.
VOTE: catspurr
what
Is there reasoning or no?
they’re one of the two prob wolfs from the tmi read earlier. Also not obvstown yet /shrug
Both Cats/Andres both seem relatively townie to me off of their last series of posts each
Who is wolf aside from me?
Ok, ill keep an eye on the tone thing
But yeah tonally that reaction felt rather off
I’ve been voting mantis since like my third post
Why pick cats over andres?
Cats is easier to read.
Fair enough
I dont have much of a read on them either way; i dont think their posting this far has been ai (or, more accurately, ai in ways i can read)
