to reiterate, for both to be town
- scum had to redirect town ms to their nightkill. sub optimal if not outright bad play.
- a town tracker happened to track ms, to said nk.

if ms is town, the much more likely conclusion is cabd is scum possesser/redirector/jailor who wanted to fake claim tracker and needed some credibility. kind of makes sense with scum being down but meh still not great.

There are enough confounding factors on either side of the claim to believably give them both pause, as town.
