Despite some of his posts in this and other games, I don’t really think StarV is stupid, so while I generally think he should claim, I can think of a few reasons why he wouldn’t, and at least half, maybe more, come from town, so if he decides not to, I’m not going to chalk it up to stupidity or stubbornness.
