They recommend using mu - 3sigma for leaderboard purposes so that becomes:

Seththeking: 0 -> -2.385

Some notes:
Some people may note perceived discrepancies with G1. This is because of how trueskill interprets ranks relative to tied ranks at a low sample size. This is based on Bayesian probability, it’ll even out and become more correct as we play more games.
