I have been playing hollow knight for the past 4 hours straight, alt tabing occasionally to read through the thread. So yea
I 100% agree with this. You need to say who you’re rbing and you must stick with it, unless someone like openwolfs at eod. Having a confirmed townie is huge, especially if they were scumread before.
I don’t what you to be RBed simply because you are universally townread.
If this changes, make sure to inform us
Also if you want this order to change, make sure to inform us.
I didn’t mean to out I wasn’t pr at that point at all. When golden said they werent spec but wanted phone dead anyway I was planning to claim I protected golden if people kept pushing them
That didnt really happen as I thought out however
I am inactive and I do sheep a lot, but I don’t know many of the people here or how you act.
I can link a few games of mine if you want to read them
dude give me some credit they weren’t even talking like cmon
This is defintely possible. I think if erika doesn’t flip killer then we defintely need to re-read like everybody. I think the only world where a killer no kills in order to frame somebody is if they’re townread by a lot of people.
Erika will still probably flip killer though so I’m not too worried about it
No killing ensures a tk on not themselves as well as shields them at night since the next killer will have to shoot gg. If they get a misfire as opposed to the other killer today it’s not the worst play. At least I can see some motivation.
Okay I am really baffled by why Killer no kills there. The only player I could even consider would no kill there would be YoubutWorse who is despondent and doesn’t care anymore because they’re getting RB’ed regardless. Who else would even consider it as a valid game move? Like it’s so sub-optimal. It doesn’t guarantee anything. It might even get the other Killer to try and shoot at you, since you’re willing to go the framing route instead of shooting the Specialist.
The other Killer might see it as a direct threat, and actually shoot at you instead of the Specialist then. And at that stage, they have all the options. No one else can shoot.
Third Killer if this is a frame job by the second one, you might want to reconsider shooting the Specialist. Otherwise, you’re surrendering a lot of leverage.
I mean okay to be fair, the death of the Specialist guarantees that the third Killer tries to find the last Killer with their shot first, knowing that the second Killer has to go find them (or the reverse, depending on who trumps who). But still, it’s a massive risk with the Specialist still around.
I’ll be honest, I can’t see myself ever no shooting there. I think YBW is the only player that no shoots, if Erika flips Town. I seriously doubt anyone else does.
You didn’t mean to, but you did. Killers have a far stronger incentive to do that than VTs do, for very obvious reasons.

@GoldenGirl, the right play is to specify two targets: one if Erika flips Killer, and one if Erika flips VT. I haven’t completely mapped out in my head why, but I have a feeling they could very well be different.
And even for YBW, I really do believe it doesn’t make sense. If GoldenGirl sticks to their commitment, and nobody gets shot, YBW is outted. If GoldenGirl changes her mind, and YBW shoots GoldenGirl, then they win the game. They would be far more unlikely to be thought of as the Second Killer (which they would be), and without the Specialist, it is only a matter of time before evidence comes along (in the form of the flip from the third Killer) that permanently proves their innocence.
If YBW does not shoot, and Golden Girl changes her mind, then YBW frames a player for one round, but then that is quickly snuffed out after the flip. So you buy yourself 1 day, while potentially pissing the other Killer off.
I was trying to do the opposite of what you’re claiming I was doing. And, that would only reveal I’m not the Specialist if the Mod incorrectly answered my question, and gave the Killers the order prior to me saying that.
