People refusing to answer my question on the shot realize the following, either you think I’m
- Town, in which case you should answer
or
- Scum consenting to get lynched today which leads to a guaranteed 3v1 which town wins 75% of the time, so you should answer anyway.
You’ve already conclusively said that a player is Scum. So, why aren’t you voting? Makes me think something is up.

Elli is right that after we find one scum we only need one town to win. If Dan’s that town, this is auto.
For chesskid 457-470 back and forth reads like theatre. Again no wiser to motivations beyond this hyposhotting. If we’re about to start a shot chain Elli should be more invested in it, so scum motivation here is something different (because that can’t happen). Srceenplay speculated as to why, but it could have been the pretext to theatre as well.
I think Andres has slightly more scum equity in this scenario over Srceenplay, esp. if you consider sod and the shade onto Dan. (which is a fair read that I think I would also have if I ignored Elli like Andres said he would, but then you’d have to wonder why he’s ignoring Elli.)
Srceenplay reads pure here. I don’t see a push to maximize town points out of a scum lynch for instance.
I think Dan being off wagon is naturally offset by Elli hard pushing DS yesterday in that DS already went down as part of a plan. The ‘he would shoot Elli’ comment of the previous day isn’t worth betting the game on alone but I think it’s contextually important because it happened during Elli active lurk which is a real kick em when they’re down move.
If Dan is the Elli of the day and going mia rather than counterpushing I think that’s betting a lot on the shit show that was D1 and they shouldn’t be entitled to take such a backseat role going into today?

Like there’s some kind of motivation for asking for peoples shots if these shots never happen. Scum motivation could be to get a reads list out of people / hold people to reads that you’re literally putting a gun to their head and already assuming you (Elli) as town in. If it’s not that, your slapfight is the only other scum motivation here.
I think if I (or anyone) shoots Dan in an Elli-is-town world and in this mystical world where it isn’t preflip anymore I think only Andres the safer one town (this goes back to ‘entitlement’ and is Andres-Dan justified to play sod like they did and the answer is… no.) Srceenplay mentioned him once and it was a townread without saying Dan was town. Mostly unprompted (closest to being a talking point was M2H creating a “solve pile” early d1). You haven’t mentioned Dan once. Is he town? That’s pretty important.
