The correct play in this set up is for Manwe to pick one-shot vigi, not claim, sleep, and shoot in the night. You have a chance of hitting 2 mafia.

Day 2 you don’t believe any claims and hope it’s 4-1.

This is because Manwe has a higher probability of hitting than town, and if Mafia don’t have a set target, they can hit lone wolf.
