Okay I’m back. I had been away traveling and had limited time to go on but I should be okay now.
What’s your plan if Sock flips Town?
Because you do realize that so far, Rich’s and Josh’s targets are basically all we’ve flipped since the Elli v. Josh debacle, and it hasn’t turned out so well?
The only person whos flipped since Elli is Geyde. The first person to vote Geyde was Mittens (who is town), followed by Johnny, and other people voiced concern and wanted me to prove my role so I gladiated it. You yourself also claimed Geyde was scummy.
where are these “targets”?
I don’t recall asking you. But okay I’ll respond.
You gladiated Geyde, which means we didn’t have a choice but to lynch between you and Geyde. Geyde would have eventually been sorted I feel, as they appeared Scummy and then basically stopped playing, but my first priority that day was clearly you. Unfortunately, I recognized that I didn’t have the votes, so I stopped wasting time and voted for Geyde.
If we flip Sock, that’s a second target of yours and Rich. Let’s recap:
So, you’ve been shading Sock for a while, and also asking him repeteadly to prove his role. Okay, say he doesn’t prove his role today. I’m not saying it’s a great look, but say he doesn’t. And you and Rich spearhead the move to lynch Sock. And then Sock flips Town. Then what? When do we stop trusting that you are actually trying to help the Town? That’s my question to Tier.
You also did write this. So you clearly have been gunning for certain players. And they’ve all turned out to be Town so far. You can at least own it.
The sad part out of all of this is that whoever is the Scum is not going to get rid of me because it would eliminate an alternative narrative about who the convert is, so I’m probably going to end up in Lylo with y’all and be overrun because whoever is Town here is playing like crap and really not helping out.
Geyde would have eventually been sorted?
how
he flaked the game and we didn’t get a replacement
and, i gladiated him because he was the person the thread was voting, and not somebody i thought to be a likely mislynch. People asked me to prove my role and I did it on the most widely suspected person, its hilarious you’re trying to paint that as scummy
Don’t backtrack on your posturing.
I’m ready to vote Josh
Oh hi there bud
He claimed yesterday, AND said he was going to prove his role. This actually cases me as town, because your narrative is I have repeatedly prodded the hypothetical town!governor to govern a lynch on a townie.
Where’s the backtrack? You have written that the game would end if we killed all the players in that list you provided. We’re halfway through the list, and not much closer to figuring out who the Scum is. I am opening up the question - when do we change course?
I misused the word sorting. I should have written that I do feel like Geyde would have been flipped eventually. However, regardless of alignment, the way you used the gladiator role on Geyde was a clever, low risk way to get yourself out of trouble.
And, where did I paint the gladiating itself (i.e. the proving your role) as Scummy? And btw, you couldn’t vote during the gladiating! Who cares about who voted for who and when? Once that’s put in motion all of the vote analysis is useless because the choice is fixed between two. You’re obviously going to say that you didn’t think that Geyde would flip Town duh. If you said anything else you’d be claiming Scum.
I haven’t given a narrative about your prodding of the hypothetical Town Governor. What I’m saying in case you’re having trouble understanding is that earlier in the game you provided a list amongst which you were sure there would be Scum, and have diligently pushed to have those players eliminated. Well, Geyde and Leopard have both flipped Town. If Sock flips Town, will you maintain course?
I need you to explain why you are refusing to prove your role. Put differently, why did you claim what you did?
Do you trust Rich here?
This is my main question. Why claim and be so cagey. But I’ll admit, this is how Sock plays nearly 100% of the time.
The only reason I trust rich is because he’s supposedly cleared me. This seems like a dangerous tactic for a scum role with dwindling numbers. He’s got to in the next day or so clear someone else too.
His protection of Josh came off odd to me initially, but since then I’ve gotten better vibes from Rich. I would like to hear some more thoughts from him today though. Both he and josh could be aligned, which makes me nervous.
@JohnnyDollar say I believe for a second that your flaking has nothing to do with you just trying to lay low. For the vast majority of the game you’ve basically been writing this, and nothing else:
Do you have any other views? And how come you are so sure about this?
I mean if Sock is truly governor then he can just stop his own lynch if it’s true. I think this is a fine option
