Calling someone a good convert target is an awful premise for a push. Funny how Elli is saying converted Elli would just push on the PoE in an attempt to clear himself from being the person who got converted. I have a hard time believing wolf!Elli wouldn’t see it as the perfect excuse to push on strong town players.
Question: Is there even any proof a convert mechanic existing in the game? Didn’t run into any proof upon skimming the thread. I have no idea how many wolves are left, but unless if anyone can provide me with any proof the convert mechanic exists and there’s only 1 wolf left who’s a wolf because of that mechanic, Elli is open wolfing trying to make the day all about finding a towny who got converted into a wolf.
Also what’s up with people taking credit for the Metalsonic lynch? I was only skimming the thread, and it was easy to tell Metalsonic was outed on day 2 because of their vest popping. Don’t people policy kill people who survive town KP on this site?
Now look at the day 1 wagon on Chesskid3. Metalsonic was the fourth vote, and people who should supposedly get credit for a Metalsonic push were voting with their supposed scumread on a villager. No one should get any credit for Metalsonic flipping wolf, except the Vengeful town who blasted them.
(rest in peace Chesskid3, died for town’s sins)
My favorite comment so far is Mittens saying it’s just a bunch of overconfident people pointing fingers. That’s a towny observation.

r.e. Metalsonic lynch/shot and why josh and I are basically only exactly converted if scum, skim d1 better. (tldr josh and I forced ms to fake. after he did people wanted to back off. we didn’t. starv also faked. somehow couldn’t get a maj on metal sonic. arranged with chess to shoot ms.)
JohnnyDollar calling Margaret lazy seems like the kind of cheap shot a wolf would take at a villager. In my experience, the people most willing to explain how the site works tend to be the wolves. Since I’m a villager, on a surface level, it seems like a good way to get on my good side without bringing me any closer to solving the game. Add to that he’s only popping in to make that cheap shot without interacting with any other content in the thread, that’s scummy.
For me JohnnyDollar’s stock is dropping rapidly because of that interaction, while Margarat got more towny in my mind.
Speaking of stocks that are dropping, Elli holding the position himself and Josh are only exactly converted if scum makes his Josh push look really bad. It’s the same mindset as third party hunting, which is what wolves tend to do when the PoE starts closing in on them.
Just based on instincts, I’d say the person who would’ve seemed like the consensus lynch to most people at the start of the day is Elli’s partner who’s getting pushed into a corner, which is why he’s trying to rock the cradle with his ‘even the towniest people could be a wolf’ paranoia.
Elli might even be the converted person himself, trying to get ahead of the conversion hunting. It’s like the good old saying: ‘He who dealt it supplied it.’
Sock seems like he doesn’t really care about the game. As I’ve never played with them before, do you all think this is a careless villager or a conceded wolf?
