Doggo isn’t scum here, unless the mafia has a Rolecop who found GTacc to be unable to visit
Unless you honestly believe that scum has a Tracker, which would probably be doggo, or that scum somehow know that GTacc can’t visit, then there is no reason to believe that Doggo is scum unless you provide proof via their actions in-thread
