i mean that too, but its just a lame state uni so honestly who cares. Anybody can get a 4.0 here.

go get vale

idt we have valedictorians

Would you say… Abrasive?

No mostly just annoying. I think it’s poor play to a large extent. I find that making other people irritated with you only works to the extent that the people around you are level-headed. If they aren’t you could get policy lynched or just break town town cohesion by being intentionally difficult to work with.

I think there are multiple factors that lead to success as either alignment, and being likable is one of them. Intentionally being unlikable or irritating is suboptimal play and it irks me that you do it intentionally.

I actually don’t think its subopt.

Maybe one day I’ll make a psychological model for mafia performance across alignments.

I haven’t really examined any literature on the subject but it would seem that being low in likability would lead to greater occurence of being lynched and lessened capability to gain the confidence of others as both alignments. I think the effect would be moderated by the skill base of players such that the impact of likability would be less stark among high-skill players. With that said, I don’t foresee any benefits with regards to survivability. There may be benefits in terms of reading others, but I think that would be harder to substantiate.

the largest benefit is starv trolling gets me to engage more with the game HAHAHA

no i’m joking
kind of

anyway you’re in a lobby of trolls. most people here probably find him hilarious. tis a function of the playerset.

A player’s skill level doesn’t affect how important likeability is, the skill level of everyone else does. A lot of sites just won’t lynch people who are well-liked.

thats what i was referring to when i said skill base. I could have written that in a clearer way tho.

Also Star is right, you’re mafia.
