Some users may only want to be notified about a game when a particular person is hosting it.
If you plan on regularly hosting games on site, send me a message and we can set up a group for you.
After a group is set up, players can join the group to be notified when a particular person is hosting a game, e.g. joining https://forum.mafia451.com/g/Ellihost to be notified when Elli is hosting.
Some users may want to be notified when particular (sets of) players are in a game. This is more complicated and we’re working on a larger feature that achieves something similar and more.
If it turns out that these notifications are a popular thing we can build stuff that achieves similar results directly into the site’s interface (e.g. follow button that lets you follow a user and notifies you when they make a new category in signups).
