are you hitting the blue bar after those steps?

i’m not able to reproduce the blue bar disappearing at all, even on dark theme
oh haha, the quote one is because discourse is registering posts with only a quote in them as empty (similar to why you need a tag in them to post them) so not saving draft, will report that one to them.
been trying to figure out the blue bar one which is a tad rougher.
on the bright side i found which plugin was causing an unrelated theme component i was testing to break xD
