@M2H the main reason that I’m not interested in MS is because I don’t perceive the transition towards a vote on GTacc nearly as negatively as you do. In fact I am not perceiving MS as insincere here (outside of him thanking you for certain advice - that’s clearly not sincere but more of an attempt to diffuse). In fact, Urist’s transition was clearly far more sudden, came only under immense pressure on GTacc, and he clearly and unequivocally stated multiple times that GTacc was just Town (#185, #520, #610). But all of a sudden they were obvious since their second post? Like if we’re going to question anybody’s progression, this seems significantly more obvious.

I made the mistake of fixing my vote on a prior game (when there was significant uncertainty) without waiting until these bozos voted, so I’m going to be here around deadline and watch the dominoes fall.

idk man tr gtacc -> poe gtacc with no resistance once pressure mounted, vote starv when a wagon was already on gtacc, vote gtacc with no resistance. urists progression is clearly bad as well but i cant say i am in love with ms’ either, and to me ms might be slightly worse just considering interaction with gtacc.
You thanked M2H for advice they gave you multiple times, but I don’t think you were actually thankful hahaha so if I ever give you advice and you don’t actually find it useful, then don’t thank me for it - just tell me. I get that you’re not confrontational, but it’s more productive for me to know when my advice is just crap (or not needed).

Yeah sure. I don’t trust myself there - I’ve shown to have below rand reads on GTacc. I mean there’s evidence of this all over the place.

I genuinely appreciated the advice regarding passiveness made by M2H in his longer post. I believe that when it comes to non-game related material, the advice given was civil and relevant and poses food for thought.
But when M2H attacked me regarding “substantiative content”, et cetera, especially at the point where he started yelling, that’s when I knew that it was necessary to disengage.
I’ll re-read but I don’t know that I’m going to get to the same place. It’s partly just a gut feel - MS has been almost too present and open to make me think that they’re Scum.
Hmm, maybe my tone might have been incorrect as M2H has raised the concern. I will keep that in mind in the future.
Sure thing, I’ll be straightforward with you regarding opinions in the future. We go quite far back, so I’ll put my trust with you. I don’t know M2H all that well, so it’s always better to err on the side of caution.
