If we ignore the stage 2 evolution it leaves Pikachu thunder, Vulpix fire, Jigglypuff moon, Growlithe fire, Shellder wate , Exeggcute leaf, Eeevee water/fire/thunder and Staryu water. Eevee can’t use leaf or moon. If we go second stage evolutions the number goes up by 6.
