But why are we either randomly voting or just sheeping other people without discussion? I guess I don’t understand how this game works.

So suppose we get everyone to randomly vote. Then you’re proposing we discuss the totals of those random votes and shift things around then? Why is that better than first discussing for at least a day and then deciding on votes?
