I guess with the wording of the strong willed it would ignore a commute? idk this whole thing is very awkward. Vizzy’s my wolfread by play, and one of metal/impulse should be scum from mechanics plus voting in lylo, but again that shit be weird this game.

Impulse didn’t lie about not receiving inventions. It checks out after Vizzy claimed their actions. Whether Vizzy and impulse are colluding together is another different question altogether.
