He is contradicting himself and trying to setup lynches off “mechanics.” That is acting busy without doing anything. He plays video mafia the same way as scum.

they take it and say “hey my scum friend is town. i got it confirmed from my role” it obviously links them but its pretty good anyway. scum could also take it so town doesnt get it.
