Aight so Im Shoto Todoroki(I hate you Litten) my quirk is half hot and half cold. I can shoot out a fire wave that has a 75% chance of killing my target due to me being unable to control fire super well. I have two ice things, one is a roleblocker with flavor of me being able to control Ice well, and the other is a one time use Ice wall that prevents me from being targeted. I have to alternate using Ice and Fire abilities smthn about my temperature changing.
