still at least he’ll figure it out because he literally has to
it’s just a matter of convincing ejji
which, honestly, I think if anyone in this game would be convince-able it’s ejji
we’ll hope I guess

I mean he has the right vote and is on the right mechanical error path
Idk how you’re supposed play out of this really, huge hole to dig out of thats totally dependent on getting people to believe that mandatory doesn’t actually mean mandatory lol
yep
fun
lol
votes are locked, he can’t change
or that
see friends
this is the gameplay we want
I don’t blame him at all tbh
I think it was the wrong move
Although presumably that means Quin answered his “is the kill actually mandatory” question with a “yes” which at this point does move into malicious intent territory imo
I actually wouldn’t be mad lol
I didnt know whether no kill was an option or not when I submitted, seems fair to let town know as well
I KNEW IT.
If there is text to read, you can assume I did not read it.
don’t worry I changed the rule from “follow the Chief Delphi forum rules” to “fuck the Chief Delphi forum rules” so you good
I understand this perspective, I try my best to keep it clean despite being aggressive… But I do see how that alone puts people off. I get what you’re saying, but like for me, I just don’t see the point in playing if I’m willing to just compromise on my reads and deliberately kill players who are nearly confirmed town from my PoV.
If you look at the times I compromised this game →
Off of mafia JKBear onto town vig GKB
Off of Squirrel onto other I forget who even died that day, but they were town.
I’ve found that if I give the actual reasons for scum-reading people, they either get upset at the B.S. or they completely ignore what I consider to be real tells.
It also feels cheap if I make up a bunch of reads that support my “case”, so I deliberately tell people the reads I’m giving them are made up in hopes that they find something in there that they actually believe in (despite the fact that I don’t actually view it as a valid read). —> By doing it this way I feel I have a shot at convincing people who agree with those reasons while not pushing away people who disagree, because they can’t argue what I don’t think is true.
I just realized that I broke CD forum posts by editing my posts
