from what I remember of ToS 2 (I wasn’t in it but I was speccing) he got caught D1 by Alice for refusing to take any strong stances ever, almost got voted out, Alice got voted out instead for FPSing, and then town was like ‘well cloned didn’t selfpres onto Alice so he’s town’

First off let me say I am sorry, very truly sorry for how I have presented myself so far this game. I am sorry that I have not willed myself to post more, I am sorry I have not really posted a fully comprehensive thought to this point. I am sorry that I am acting like the game has been a done deal and I could not change it. Every time I’ve been killed in a game (with the exception of M14) I have gone down without a last dash of flurry to argue to the end. I do pause and let everyone else deal with me. Since this game has started I have had this feeling and getting myself to actually play and not just take “notes” like this is some test where the answer can be found with an equation or with enough practice absolutely. So what I am saying here is that I am 100% pure Canadian sorry and that I will try to shake this feeling that this game is already over.
On to the actual stuff you all care about what I have been thinking.
Arete and Erickline
This did happen cross conscious when I was updating my “notes” overnight. There was two specific descent long discussions between them (arete and erickline) (arete posts 688,690,700,710,716,733) and (arete posts 807,819,823,827,830,837,844,846,850,857) that culminated in absolutely nothing of any substance towards either of them. no votes, no real attitude or any emotion i can get from either of them if I can read emotion from typed posts. It seemed to be more like the kind of tone that I could see from a common stroll with a friend or something (not right now of course) but not from two people disagreeing on if said actions were done to progress a mafia’s wants to PR hunt.
Does anyone else see or is this just me seeing things where there is nothing more to be seen?
Does this mean that they should be axed today no but I would not put it past them that this was actually what transpired through these receptive posts.

What I get from him is a bit of a coaster at this point. His top scum read yesterday was also 000peo but provided way less than arete on the rational evidence front and was a clean sheep on the 000peo vote at the end of day. He has also taken a very hard stance with respect to k.aylee and did have her at an 8 out of 10 on a impromptu town scale. (posts of defence 900,907,921,931,937, 942,951). Another thing that has been not sitting well with me with respect to bewpei is his liking for cheese’s opening which to me looks very similar to the GKB m14 opening (was maf) all the way down to quoting the draft list. Cheese did not push as hard to this point as GKB did not m14 so I am not so hard on him for it just once but bewpei liking it I did find weird. (Post 1008)
The information that it will give us based on the squirrel/k.aylee/orange/erickline/arete dilemma that we have going on VOTE: @bewpei is what I would encourage.
Others things that might be but mostly likely are not important
Erickline could have not been killed because he is pocketed by maf and they want his loud voice to keep pushing townies for them. (We have been solely looking too far into this I feel).
Sorry again this took so long to come about and I should be back closer to my original self tomorrow (but then again classes due start) so…
And to stop myself from distancing in the future does anyone have an answer to this question. (Does not have to be game related) How do I get past the roadblock of feeling like you have already lost (based on your own actions) and push on?

It’s day 1 of a like 17-player game, we literally just started. There is no way we have already lost - to the contrary, we’re only just starting out.
Remember that part of being here is to have fun, and try to mix some of that into conversations rather than treating it as a series of notes and numbers. Should help - I feel like we’re all in general pretty friendly so feel free to just strike up a conversation.
