Haven’t seen it work, so I can’t say with assurance. I think it would be like a messenger role, and hence a bit of a bastard element if the role went to a scum player.

The verbiage used in my role pm implies that it would work the same way as scum. It specifically says that I can tell a person that I am town (as opposed to telling them my alignment).

Eh. I don’t really get why both Katsuki and MS are trying to lynch Elli if one of them is the stingray. Even if the kill doesn’t go through we would just lynch the confirmed scum the next day.

Maybe the stingray has a different ability this game? I was trying to find the chat game on the mafia451 discord so that I could see if the roles in the chat game map to those in this one, but I just realized that it’s probably on a different server. >_>

Coming back to this. I gave it some thought and although it feels weird, it’s not as if lynching Elli is more advantageous to them if they’re scum. I think I was just reading too much into it.

The animals gather in a clearing again. A different clearing than last time. They look around, bewildered, trying to figure out where Steve Goddamn Irwin is. Unable to find him, they assume he either met an untimely demise or got distracted luring a crocodile into his silky yet masculine hands.

Ellibereth was lynched. He was Steve Goddamn Irwin. He was town-aligned, but did bot count towards either sides VC.

You’re the man! Why are you the man? Cause you’re Goddamn Steve Irwin, that’s why! You’re immune to every animal’s abilities except the Sting Ray of Doom, who can kill you. Sad face. You don’t count towards either sides win condition, but you win if the town wins (you can also vote).
