How? Claiming a town PR doesn’t make you confirmed town until you’re flipped.
Unless you’re Elwood and your claim is GM-confirmed

After I’m lynched, please look at Nanook, Ellie and one of Erika/Srceen.
Urist is an outside chance of scum too though.
So…your contribution is “look at everybody.” Got it.
@Myloninja13 Mylo, why are you saying I am confirmed town?
I have said I am a town special, no where have I claimed to be confirmed?
Why are you saying if Elwood is confirmed Town I am?
GTG, I’ll be back sorry sorry sorryy
Has Mylo made a scum slip by saying I am confirmed town?
Or more likely he is just muddled under pressure?
Neither. Note the qualifier “basically” before confirmed town. As in, should be widely townread and treated as town but isn’t 100% confirmed as town.
Yeah probably read to much into it.
I’m back, sorry about earlier
You know how the grass is always greener? I preferred when the game was dead but I had the sk scumread.
Yeah, I know what you mean.
You haven’t been here enough to “preferr” anything.
Give us some thoughts.
Get involved.
Who are your scum reads?
Who are your town reads?
Why?
Just saying you’re back doesn’t actually count as activity or effort, you know.
If you’re town, you really need to be stepping it up here and doing some solid scumhunting work. Or at least trying to.
Moving today so I may or may not have time to post.
I’d like to recalibrate a bit and thoroughly reread d3 but I don’t think I’ll have the time. At this point I would still be ok with a Mylo lynch.

It looks like I have some catching up to do.
Can we get a vote count in the mean time?
This is just a thought (and it’s a broader argument and so I’m not talking about the way you have wielded your claimed power), but I would be protecting the player that I thought was the most likely to be Town. Protecting a player you think is 50/50 is not an efficient way of using it. The reasoning is rather simple - # Town > # Scum, and so you are more likely to protect the right person and the most likely NK that way (there are some obvious caveats, like you having near certainty that a particular player is Scum, but you catch my drift).
I was also going to argue that this works best when you haven’t claimed and when it is not immediately obvious who you will protect. Otherwise, if you have claimed, Scum will just avoid that person they see as obvious, and target you (if your claim is true, that is, but your death would confirm so anyway).
I suppose what all this means is that I don’t like the way you’ve claimed (or the fact that you have informed us that you used the power on Urist) - I’m not finding it particularly helpful (and it was early in the Day as well, at a moment in time when you weren’t close to being lynched). I admit that the timing is tricky, because if you are close, then it would look suspicious and very convenient that you then take the opportunity to announce a Power Role, but any Town would be forced to reconsider (otherwise they are not playing optimally, but people rarely do).
I already argued that lynching you at this stage would be a poor decision, but thinking through this is making me feel depressed.
This “giving up” act is frustrating. It’s, at best, anti-Town. I have had to face this already, and it was infuriating (it involved a self-hammer though, so that was worse).
If this was original, I would Town read this. But it’s not, so I don’t. Not after saying that you have gotten Town vibes from Mylo’s slot D1 and early D2, and after Mylo provided some specific reads (sure, perhaps not enough reads, but some).
I’ll state this now, and you guys make what you want of it. I’m most wary of constantly moving the goalposts for Mylo in terms of work. What is enough content? What is too little? We’re not applying the same standard across the board, that much is clear. Where’s Erika? Elli? I have a lot of clarity from people I’m not even Town reading, such as Urist. Which is appreciated. So the amount of bashing is slightly bothersome.
But @Myloninja13 , I’ll also say this. The reason I’m not raising constant red flags and defending you is because ultimately, I agree. I’m frustrated with you. You have successfully written a lot while not contributing much. And your play is questionable. So here we are.
I mean c’mon:
I agree and endorse this:
FYI - I’m re-reading D3, in case it wasn’t clear.
AGAIN WITH THIS!?
I’m guessing this is a narrowed Scum list?
This is never happening, so why ask for this?
I have to work through Urist’s post on “Team E”, and several posts after that, but my phone is dying and I’m on the road, so I’ll be back later.
I’m here again t say sorry. This has probably been my worse town play ever, but at least it was a learning experience?
I’ll leave by saying I’m pretty sure Nanook is mafia, and Ellie is likely mafia too.
