I’ve rarely played in games with no lynch.
My poor understanding is that it gives scum a free shot at town for the surviving town to try again tomorrow.

I know this is simple thinking.
Can you explain the benefit of nolynch for town please?

I’m not 100% for sure. I think the understanding is even is not as helpful for town as odd is.

Probably 7 town 3 scum?

We lynch 1 town and scum kill 1 town = 5 town 3 scum left tomorrow.
We lynch 1 scum and scum kill 1 town = 6 town 2 scum left tomorrow
We no lynch and scum kill 1 town = 6 town 3 scum left tomorrow.

In all of the scenrios I am guessing only one night kill because the serial killer is dead and I find it hard to believe there would be three kill factions in the game.
In that table we are better off with nolynch if we can’t be sure of a scum lynch.

Yeah, you’re a town read now. And it’s hard to interact with everyone when half of everyone (Including me lol) is lurking too much.
