Actually, in the informed action, it was specifically stated that a kill was a possibility from a visit. So I canā€™t take all of the responsibility here. Though, the set up does seem broken.

Look, Iā€™m not arguing that the set up wasnā€™t broken, Iā€™m just saying that it was specified in the role PM that the action would be considered a visit action subject to normal rules. (but there also was an option for a non-visit action)
