You’re right. I think that Urist is the least likely to have been left for Scum to pick. Does that make sense? I also think that he’s the most likely person to be the Godfather, if Scum picked him. I also read his posts as Town, but in this sort of setup I really do think it’s fairly easy to achieve that.
