However, when one Mason has claimed, why would the second mason not confirm that masons claim?
Especially if the GM has town confirmed them on the Mason Board?

Second mason should not out. Protection on AD, keep him alive until day 3 and then they out. AD should however out his mason buddy if they are going to be lynched
like if they’re town the other one claiming doens’t accomplish much besides putting a target on both of their backs imo
Remember this is basically a more informed day 1
I can see DS argument for waiting till tomorrow, but usually Masons have No Powers except that they are confirmed Town. And able to confirm for each other.

Yeah which is why you want to make sure they are both outted before one of them dies, but not before you can use their numbers to the advantage of town

Yeah I’m just townsplaining incase anyone isn’t familiar with ideal mason play. It’s a difficult role to play well.

I am now agreeing with what you and DS are saying.
But I am still paranoid about the fact that AD came out and asked for his Mason Partner to reach out to him.
I am not understanding how the Mason Board code was passed between them and how the Partner communicated with AD.
It is not like any game of Mason’s I have played with and it is worrying me, making me paranoid.
I have had two scum claim to be masons and win the game.
