The point of a miller is to give false positives.
So if you would assume there is something to give it false positives to.
I overlooked that aspect and was just focused on the role cop side of it.

It was impossible to tell it was a bus at the time. Itās easier to interpret it that way now that we know that Nanook was Scum. But at the time, I certainly didnāt think about it as a bus. The reluctance made me feel that we were probably right? I feel Scum would have put less resistance to lynch there if we had been way off.
Youāll notice that I highlighted this when analyzing Uristās and Nanookās interactions. What you have to remember is that we really were nowhere close to lynching Nanook or Urist. So appearing that way probably was not as detrimental as it looks now, given that a good Vig shot is the only reason why we have the information we do.

He/she rambled a bit at the beginning about having to catch up. And also, seeing that someone was in the quick topic (a unique view; that wasnāt them), so thought that someone was failing to talk in the QT.
Then ā¦ Iām just going to say sheā¦ then she said that maybe it was because her IP kept changing while at work, so the quick topic was registering that, and maybe thatās why there were so many āuniqueā views
She questioned cats on why he didnāt say anything when first entering the thread. Cats responded that he just saw ffery mod had posted, and didnāt have anything to more to say to the mod.
_ffery asks for opinions on nanook and cabd; I responded that I thought nanook was town and that cabd was questionable. cats responded (somewhat angrily) that nanook was tunnel tracking on him and that it reminded him of majiffy play, when scum. He said of cabd, that he liked skitter as town, but did not like cabdās hit and run vote. Cats said that he would have hammered him, but wanted to give him more timeā¦ so eventually ended up on bor, instead. Cats asked _ffery her thoughts on cabd.
She responded unsure on cabd, and also that she hasnāt seen anything town from Nanook. Then she goes on saying later, that she didnāt like Nanookās unvote of catās for the frustration post that cats had. Said that it didnāt seemed like it could have been trying to look like Nanook was re-evaluating cats, while not actually re-evaluating him. Look like a false unvote, iow.
She also asked cats why cats didnāt want to vote cabd - and cats re explains that she liked skitter but was null on cabd.
And then she wondered if cabd was trying to bus/distance from Nanook.

Not particularly, no. I donāt understand how the two claims can fit together with both town, but as neither is voting the otherā¦

From Srceenplay? Yeah, that would not be smart. From a different player? I would.

And my reasoning is clear for why I think what I do. Doesnāt mean Iām 100% on it. And if Iām wrong, sure, Iāll eat some shit for it. But from where I sit, you were wrong about Nanook and more often than not in this game, Cats. So sure, Iām not going to get every call right. But so far my process is clear. You lynching on outcomes is surely the wrong way to go about it. And _fferyllt, who is a good Town, has been way wrong about someone flipping Scum in the past (in the Chosen game we played, he was sure about Katsuki D1 if I remember correctly, and he was way off).
Analyzing Nanookās posts shouldnāt be whatās relevant to you. Itās what I said about them. I have openly given my thoughts about the interactions. Give me your feedback! If youāre not willing to put in the work, you dismissing all those posts as busy work is annoying.
Of course the conclusions donāt sit well with you - they involve you. But if you canāt see where Iām coming from, then I donāt know what to tell you.

I could go with lynching Metal and if they flip town lynching cabd.
One of them is scum I think.
But someone pointed out we could lynch both and it turns out they are both town with powers working at cross purposes.
