There are a few things. The most annoying thing about mobile is being unable to see the thread while writing a reply, because the textbox and keyboard take up the entire screen. I also just prefer the smaller font size because it allows me to see more posts at once. I saw the thread about custom CSS, is that a thing I can configure somewhere?
Also, it seems that posts are queried 10 at a time on mobile and 20 at a time on desktop. Having to stop and wait for a couple seconds is kind of annoying when your cellular network is not that great. Not sure if this is something under your control, but as a user it would be nice to be able to control the number of posts that get loaded in a single request.

Not being able to see the topic is rough and a hard one for us to fix. I’ll bring it up with discourse.
-
We might be able to make some thematic things like font size user options in the future.
-
Yup but not directly on site - you’ll have to add a stylesheet to the browser yourself or use a tool like stylish.
I don’t know if it’s something we can make variable but I’ll look into and follow up.
On mobile, while reading in the middle of a long topic, sometimes a “back” button appears to take you back to the bottom of the page. This button happens to cover up the post number thing (“62 / 104”), so I can’t see which post I’m on.
This has been driving me crazy for ages:
I’ll fix that up when I get home from work.
And by that I mean I’m looking at it now.
still the same
It still looks a bit cut off and stretched to me.
Oh I’m a doofus.
my eyeeeessssssss
Still showing up that way for you?
looks good now
It’s back to what it was before, with the attenuated-looking curves at the bottom of the biohazard symbol
Maybe it’s that dreaded logo eating virus, from that movie, The Day the Mafia Stood Shrill.
its good ^^
For the topic automatic open/close timer, can you modify the relative time threshold for hours to 36 or so?
Currently the timer says “This topic will close in a day” if there is anywhere between 22 and 36 hours left before the topic closes. For mafia deadline purposes, this isn’t very helpful. It would be much more helpful to see “This topic will close in 36 hours”, because then I have a better idea of how much time is left before deadline.
Note to self to look into this.
Okay.
@Not_Jester, as is you can only have one draft per topic. Will potentially be a while before we get to this change because the mobile stuff is more pressing and I think it’s relatively niche.
In general the software isn’t built to support hydras, and in particular hydras for mafia, so we’ll need a fair amount of hacking to make those features. (This includes most of the hydra-based recommendations in the wish list topic).
