Is this meant to be “Target a player every night. You determine if their role is Mafia or not. This is normal.”?

Also does insane cop know they are insane in this setup? Usually they cant tell. Not softing cop btw, just curious whether this whole “normal” thing is some elaborate mechanic I am missing or a meme.

Insane cop does know they’re insane (it would be kind of a giveaway if they got a straight alignment cop in an open setup without a straight alignment cop!), and Normal Cop explicitly does not mean alignment cop. There is no typo in its description.
