i didn’t want to vote ms, i thought he was town lol
so if me jake and nanook voted MS there at the last minute, it still would have been a tie
i thought andres would have voted ms too
anyway can we just accept that i’ve played stupidly and move on
no
ok well i’m just going to stop talking to you then
so what you’re saying is that you were threatening the ms vote so that andres nanook and me would panic and vote him at eod… when you thought he was town… lemme guess… to tank our rankings.
im honestly trying to think through this that you are telling me and that is the best I can do to surmise what you are talking about here.
@Andresvmb i should be an inno child from your perspective as well. you should be able to understand that yeah–chess poe is going to bring you back into suspicion for me. i just can’t fathom how you can’t even consider that ms could be scum and the opposite is true as well. you’ve seen my scum game as the perspective of being my partner and this just is not it my dude and if you can’t see that then thats on you if you’re town.
I don’t know who the Scum is. That’s the truth. I can’t for the life of me see how MS is Scum here though (I mean I don’t think I’ve ever been pocketed where I didn’t at least feel some paranoia), and I do agree with MS that you seem too paranoid to really be doing this as Scum.
I am very much backed into a corner here though.
These are my present options as I see them:
I vote one of you/MS, in the chance that I’m just wrong and I should just ignore my stated reads above. If nothing changes, I flip, which will at the very least force whoever is Town between you and Urist to rethink your stance in the game. Or maybe not, and MS gets lynched at Lylo in what I feel would be a mistake.
If I tie the vote, then all hell could break lose. I won’t detail exactly what I think is going to happen, because it’s not beneficial for Town. But I know that if Urist is Town, the game is lost. Basically, it’s obvious to me that it’s an incredible high risk play to just tie the vote and let the Mafia decide. And from my POV, very often a losing play.
What’s probably best for Town is to let myself die. Yeah, it goes directly against my personal incentive to maximize my own ranking. But I don’t see a choice. I mean, the Chess vote is clearly hindering my ability to influence the game positively, and if I make Lylo here, based on what everybody has said, I will be the lynch. I don’t trust my reads, since I’ve been wrong now multiple times, and I don’t think I can will myself to vote against MS in Lylo. Yeah, Chess might be right, and his POE might win. But I don’t know that I can follow through with it.
like its honestly so extreme a difference that its almost just absurd to suspect me or try to push me if you’re town here andres. i have almost 3x as many posts, ive been much more aggressive and central than in ranked 1, 5, which even then is the EXCEPTION on my scum curve. It would be multiple times harder to do what ive done here as scum than even a game that was so much of an outlier for my game.
Yeah, I get it. And my shade was directed at you because I could see you gearing to vote me, which I think is annoying.
Hopefully I don’t have to say this, but if I’m Scum, I could have pulled a Jake and not voted Nanook btw. The vote was tied, so I just don’t let myself die there. And then I can just act like I’m completely clean from that mess.
And why does Urist think I was going to go against what I’ve been stating repeatedly? I still don’t get that. That blame shift is incredible.
okay ill humor you. i see an andres town flip, what would you want me to do? what is the right call in ms/m2h/urist lylo?
i think its obvious in that world that I’d be the decider because ms susses urist and urist already called me lock clear
The correct lynch in that circumstance is to lynch MS, if only because it completes Chess’ POE and let’s all of us blame him for this clusterfuck of a game.
It’s not an absolute. I’m giving you my opinion.
I’m interested in hearing how you’d allow yourself to die. Who would you vote for? M2H?
