I just ISO’ed him. The thing is, I kind of agree that the hard TR between Chess and Elli would be super destructive if one of them is the Scum because that’s a bit hard to overcome. That’s a perception though - can you guys confirm that you TR each other here pretty strongly?

Afaik it’s a one way hard townread but idt he answered me when I asked him if he thought I could be scum.

I’m not staking the game on Elli town but I don’t have to.

Nanook knows that his meta is to bus hard or defend pretty hard, so he might be fighting that by voting for Abu after Elli’s kiss of death and not making a big deal out of it. Elli bussing his Partner like that makes sense in a small game because if he had knowledge about the possibility of a stand-off between Town, he only has to get the Town cred from the one correct read and everyone else can die D2.

How does your fire work? Like when does it actually apply? Because the loverize is for the Night that I select it and the next Day. So if we go into Night here, and say haven’t killed Elli, then unless you want me to have him commit suicide, I could theoretically select someone else and you would have a reduced chance of eliminating two players unless I claimed exactly who I was loverizing.

I would think/assume that if Elli weren’t TRing chess he would’ve been fighting the “bet the game on chess plus one” plan, or at the very least not actively helping it :woman_shrugging:

I don’t know who the last Scum is. I have no idea whether one of DS or Clem flips Scum here. Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if any one of you is Scum. DS seems Town to me. And I guess Chess is Town more often than not here, but to be honest I don’t have any strong views on anyone here.
