Tier and Urist have engaged in a standoff.
They cannot vote for anyone other than each other. If one votes for the other, they will both shoot each other.
If both are alive at the time the thread closes, they will both shoot each other.
Other players may also enter the standoff, if there are more than 3 players in the standoff, players are permitted to leave the standoff until there are 3 or fewer players participating.
