Eric is very unlikely to be Scum and I explained why. Two of the three people on the initial EOD1 deadbanas wagon are flipped and Confirmed Town. Eric probably is too. They have like 0 reason to end there as Scum.

when the Gtacc wagon looked likely to break up he spun the wagon options as specifically Jake v. Marshal at a point where this wouldn’t actually make sense

like, he’s completely ignoring the existence of the Bananas wagon, which was the second-highest not-on-an-IC wagon, and choosing instead to frame it as ‘we have to choose between Jake and Marshal’ when both Jake and Marshal are flipped town
