It’s possible that the tiebreak was due to EoD confusion, however, as cited by Erika (and Eric yesterday I think), if the tie is t/w, then by choosing one person over the other, there’s an indication that the other is wolf. This puts Jake in an interesting spot, as well as orange who broke the tie.

Jakes been giving off bad vibes for a while now, so I’m gonna VOTE: Jake. I want an explanation for all of yesterday, bc that was wack

I think it would be easier to deflect. People would be initially concerned, but as many didn’t see the note in the op, once it’s pointed out they assume that scum would settle for a tie instead of making a move

Also, to whoever has the Midoriya and Todoroki role. I know there’s been a lot of claims so far, but if this NK exists then it is in your best interest to not claim your flavor. If you must, claim ability. Operating under the assumption that the NK’s targets align with that episode.
