1: I assumed someone would ask eventually so I put it there because I’m going to be afk this evening and I don’t want questions hanging over me from the start when I’ve seen how fast/pointlessly votes can accumulate.

2: Nothing has happened except for what appears to me to be a random vote with random chance of success.
