infinite scroll is getting more and more popular and will be the forum norm in a few years, especially since its preferred on mobile/touch devices.
I actually hated the navigation, now I hate pages.

but yeah weāre committed to making navigation, distilling information, executing actions better within infinite scroll.
Is there a faster way to skip in long threads on mobile besides scrolling while watching tv and hope I reach the end of the thread before I hit a ripe old age?

hit the m/n number thing and you can skip around with that scrollbar.
you automatically go to the bottom if you hit the bottom date, top if you hit top date or title of the topic.
