Hmm I would vote the higher wagon for pressure tho, not lynching them immediately. But I think voting the person who you think is scum and can be lynched is not scummy?

I see mostly anger at people claiming, posts reactions to things, and not much in the way of analysis.
All of this can come from a town or scum player imo. This is probably a normal way for him to open, judging by the fact that he doesn’t have a big wagon on him.

I consider Dan to be something of a smooth operator. I just really don’t feel like he plays like this as scum.

You noticed that I wrote that I thought the rationale was Scummy. I should have clarified - Key hadn’t really explained much in what they saw was Scummy about Nanook at all. They just said that since he had the most votes and they read them as Scum, that they were just going to vote there.
Key has now explained what they see as Scummy about Nanook. And I do not know if you’ve played with Nanook much, but “prickliness” and “bluster” are simply par of the course with him regardless of alignment. I just don’t see it, and I think it’s a bad vote.
Here, for example - I am not so sure that Nanook was being all that serious about lynching Elli. But even if he was, Elli himself suggested it first (#40), arguing it was a reasonable strategy. The part about not backing up what you’re saying could be said about a lot of people this game. I don’t know, for now this is my view.
What I don’t get is that you seem particularly convinced that Nanook is Scum (in part because he called you lazy). Yet are voting me. I get that you don’t like my vote. It’s just that even without the explanation, the reason I voted Key (who before me had 1 vote, btw) is clearly not the same as the reason that Key voted Nanook.
This is horrible Dan. C’mon.
I need to think about this. I think Dan can adapt and play Scum differently - I have seen him aggressively try and get people lynched as either alignment for example (I have been on the receiving end of this). So he can definitely act as more of a blunt instrument if you will.
