Like Ici doesnt have to be town either, but I will be damned if I vote someone who looks like they are trying to solve, over some of the others in the PoE right now
this kind of thing retroactively justifies all that gesticulation I did about it being a bad idea to clear ash for his opening
not actively calling ash a wolf here
just saying they’re actually quite a Questionable™ slot
ya I see it now
Questionable™ sounds right!
When I put my vote there, I decided to limit myself to the main wagons.
I think bep should not be today’s lynch.
And between ici and bananas, I think bananas is more likely to be town.
I don’t really have time rn to push for a new wagon, so of the existing wagons, i chose ici.
To be honest, I really didn’t even bother to read up on the ici v bananas thing; that’s one of the things I want to read this afternoon.
So the tvt is more of a wild guess on something I felt I had to comment on.
but why?
So “park it on a lurker” isn’t something I really considered.
If you think that deadbananas is more scum, that’s fine; but I think the opposite.
I gtg now.
I don’t have any meta on ici, so I don’t know if this is in his scumrange or not.
Bananas feels like he’s trying to get out of the hot seat in a pretty townie way imo, and otherwise feels kinda town. (read as: gut-read)
I don’t remember a ton of the stuff that gellnick did, but iirc I think he was pretty scummy.
The whole load of it is mostly gutread, and I personally doubt that the vote will stay there until eod. But I’m leaving it there for now.
what do you think about my (and I guess the other, more clear) arguments on Bananana, then?
tbh I missed the first part of the arguement, so I had no context for all of that.
Could you summarize the argument or link it?
I didn’t put much thought into that ngl
ISO me for my arguments, look at the hidden replies for other people’s.
fair enough.
I have like 30 pages of required reading in an hour and a half, so I’m gonna just bookmark this for now, and do it as soon as I get out of class at 4:50 (est).
@ash4fun
if this is wolf!ash, tmi’ing Dead as town, then stop, this is the perfect lynch for you
if this is wolf!ash, defending wolf!dead, then this vote looks really bad
if this is town!ash, voting like this, than you shouldn’t even be voting given how unsure you
you say that they look T/T, but immediately talk about which one is more likely to be a wolf, and your only thoughts are, that you dont have meta on Ici, say they can both be town, but then go to immediatly justifying a vote on one of them
also go do w/e you need to do anyways, since day 2 of a game this large isnt that important, but lynching people that look like they are solving over someone who looks tonally townie, is not necessarily wrong, its just not the better play
since you feel so strongly about it, I guess I’ll UNVOTE until I can get a better grasp on the situation. I do need to reread a whole bunch of stuff.
never mind if he thinks strongly about it, do you think he’s right?
it almost feels like you are trying to justify why you are voting between two people that in a t/t world, you know are town
my tvt statement was probably most along the lines of “I don’t know or give a crap about what’s going on between them” than an actual read on the situation.
it’s interesting that you view village as the default allignment there, isn’t it
because if v/v to you is equivilant to saying idk then that’s what it implies
