ninja is a modifier, so it really isn’t an action per se.
but it can still be n-shot, and be used in conjunction with another action.
The action description says i move without being seen when using the action

that doesnt make any sense, you could just be a blanket visitor that doesnt do anything which would be fine, but then the ninja modifer just makes you invisible anyways
