Yes. The anti-cheat causes it to simply not launch.
My brief googling found two different work arounds for linux and genshin but idk how well either of them work.

Game developed with these components: Unity 2017, vcrun2013, vcrun2015, QT5.
The game (v1.0.0) does not start because of the anti-cheat feature (mhyprot2.sys and WDFLDR.SYS).
Again, my knowledge of linux isn’t high enough to know if these work, just things that came up in my googling
