reads are basically determinations on wifom. In this case I’m making the judgement that DS and Clem’s interactions were not from partners. Just because DS tried to confuzzle does not mean he left no trace.

continuing to overthink DS’s lynch when it was self-destructive for me t do so.
If I were DS’s partner I would hard distance I think. (idk because ive never actually played scum in an noc)

no outside contact. I played scum one time in an OC mafia a couple years ago but I was garbage at it.
I think there are a couple instances where DS is super obviously trying to tie himself to me if I knew how to quote I’d dig them up.

this is an example–why does scum!DS that knows that he’s going down try to tie himself to me in this way.
There are other instances of DS speaking positively or neutrally to me, and also a complete absense of him talking negatively about me. This is all in the context of scum that knows he’s going down.
I think you can make the case that I should’ve jumped on the DS wagon earlier but for a while it honestly just looked like a screaming match between chess and DS and up until all the cop claims came out I thought DS was legit kinda towny. I don’t see why scum!me wouldn’t just instantly jump on him for town cred instead of waiting.

If that’s your perception of the situation then I can’t do anything about it, but I didn’t see the rational for lynching DS. until he started imploding. It just seemed like a shouting match to me.
